The studio has been renovated, tidied up and all the work catalogued. There is lightness all around.

The PARTage workshop in Mauritius was a highlight. Weaving the colours of sea and fresh air every day.

Lockdown was really helpful as my studio fitness pushed into longer hours of focus and work in the studio.

The studio was filled with revelation and reverberation of memories. I had time to remember artworks I had visited over the years.

Unfolding into spring; the Triangle workshop in Salem, New York. A decade of exploration and extension of colour and scale.

Notions of being, moments of being; exploring more literally my curiosity for fabric, print, design. Weaving paper, paper sculptures.

Large yellow paintings, installed to vibrate and sing. Wide open spaces included describing the jetties in Veldrift.

Working between homemaking and mothering, teaching, weaving, discovering a new city, Cape Town.

Living and working In Johannesburg. Moving out of school, an art room and friends that became a sanctuary.
