Artist Statement

My life changed irreversibly in May 2025. The hand that had held mine and the second pair of eyes that have guided me for 50 years were withdrawn.

David, my husband died in May 2025. The images reference this change as I ventured through unknown spaces and places often at peace, often in turmoil – always painting.
