During 2009 I continue to work on the Boards of GMS/ Thupelo and Bag factory.

My work on collaborative projects with musicians and a composer will continue this year; I hope to have images of work in progress soon.
Oceans Between is a group show in Feb 2010 at AVA, Cape Town; there are six artists making work in various media, 3 from Finland and 3 from South Africa.
The work from the series “affectionately yours” will be exhibited at the Irma Stern gallery from 7th December 2009.
2008; my time at the Biennale in Korea was very beneficial. It gave me an insight into work and artists that was challenging and stimulating.
I was part of group shows at Seippel gallery Johannesburg and SMAC in Stellenbosch and contributed to various charity auctions; I enjoyed watching the conversations between the work.
The ten year celebration at Greatmore street (home of the Thupelo workshops) was an event of note and enjoyed by many. The Triangle net work continues to be a driving force in the visual arts world.
Orange street studios welcomed many local artists and from else where; it was a place for exchange and interaction that we will all miss.
I am very grateful to the many people who contributed to the great creative energy, expressed in so many different ways, the friendships, art works and ideas will continue in new places.
